how to open .pkg file?

am.. i would like to ask how to open or extract this .pkg file. for windows (xp).
is there any program to do that?. i tried the PSN PKG decryptor & extractor but when ever i click it, an application error always occurs. “the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)”.

the pkg files are apple os files so for mac osx system only so doubt if you will open them on windows xp ??

there is a program called Universal Extractor ,try it
