How to make a ISO out of these files?

I downloaded Dissidia for the PSP today, and I got this:

Anybody know how to make an ISO or CSO out of these files?

Extract the contents from r01 first

yeah what “” said, didnt you extract larger RARz to get those? extract it again… I think they call it “Double Extraction”.

I got the same problem. But as you say open the first file and extract it ? what first file?
