how to lock desktop wallpaper?

Can somebody tell me how to lock wallpaper i hate when my sister change it!!!please help!!!!

Well , one thing that u can do is ro make an another account and have your own personally desktop with your b/g ~pi0

Set a password on your account and create another for your sister with limited privileges
