Blu-Rey,1080i,720p are the best Movies Qualities , Blu-Rey is the best,1080i is the better and 720 is the good, Put aside Others.
Pay Attention to Video resolution before Downloading, For example 1280×536 or 720×400 ( The More the Better).
Besides , There are other Items that shows the qualities of every movie . I suggest ” ShAaNig” Posts , His posts have very good Qualities.

In general, it goes something like this:
UNTOUCHED > 1080p (BluRay) > 720p (BluRay) > BDRip > BRRiP > DVDRip > R5 > CRAP
There’s HDTV releases, too, they are of inferior quality as their corresponding BluRay counterparts.
Picture: Most high-resolution stuff will be encoded with x264, which gives a good quality/size rate. At the lower end of the quality spectrum, you’ll also find XViD (or rarely these days DivX). These give worse quality/size rates.
Audio: DTS, AC3 > MP3. DTS tens to consume the most space, AC3 is more efficient and what’s better isn’t really established. Something you really, really want to avoid is AC3D! It’s usually a mix between BluRay audio for the rear channels from a foreign-language bluray release combined with line/mic audio from an English cinema.
Within one quality category, same codecs used, bigger size tends to mean better quality. (Ignoring x264 settings like crf, etc)

It depends on the codec used and source of the rip. For an example, is the movie is ripped from a bluray disc the quality will be much superior than a movie ripped from a DVD disc. If you use VLC then you can see these information at TOOLS>MEDIA INFORMATION>CODEC.
