How to fix my Xbox 360?[SOLVED]

This is weird coz I just turned my Xbox 360 on and it crashed.Anyway about 5 seconds later it restarted or at least tried to…but it just made a buzzing sound,3 red lights go round my power button and it won’t turn on.Does anybody know how to fix it?
P.S. I have not modded it

This same thing happened to my ps3 twice, I sent it in to Sony to get it fixed. They had it back in 3-4 days working. ( It was free both times )
They say its because it overheated to the extent it blew.

I have fixed it now by just turning it off for 5 minutes at the wall while asking how to fix it,thanks anyway
