How to create a dynamic presentation in PowerPoint

i need to create a slide in PowerPoint where i can click on text to open a picture in same slide . for example :
i have three blocks 1 , 2 and 3 in one slide i want PowerPoint to show me part 2 when i click on it and then 1 and 3 as well. i tried action and hyperlink it didn’t work.

its not very tough to do so
thanks , yes its hard when you have puzzle to make in PowerPoint because you want to show a part of picture according to the audience and leaving other parts hidden
