How do I add funds to my non-U.S. PayPal account?

A If you are a PayPal member from Australia, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or you have a confirmed U.S. bank account, you can add funds to your PayPal account using a bank transfer.
To add funds to your PayPal account from a bank account in Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, or Switzerland, click the Add Funds tab, click Transfer From (Your Country's) Bank Account , and then follow the remaining steps.
To add funds from a U.S., U.K., Canadian, or Australian bank account, click the Add Funds tab, click the Transfer Funds From a Bank Account link and follow the remaining steps.
Note: PayPal members from Australia and the European Union cannot transfer funds from a U.S. bank account to their PayPal account.
Im from portugal so when i click add funds it says Add Funds is Not Available
PayPal does not currently offer the ability to add funds from your bank account.
When you make a payment, PayPal charges the buyer's credit card and instantly credits the seller's PayPal account.
Is there any other way, like going to bank and saying paypal acc details and done, or other way, i have Verified Status

I dont think you can transfer from your bank account, your not one of the countries listed.
Your only option is from a credit card I think, unless im mistaken
