How Do You Install Windows 7?

I’m running on vista at the moment, looking to upgrade to Windows 7, but i can’t seem to figure out how to do it :/

The same way you install other OS’s. Boot from the DVD and follow the steps.

hi, most old motherboard Bios’es are set for XP and 2000 :ie old specs SATA runs as IDE etc
to get the best from Hdd’s set as AHCI and ACPI. its crap how your PC as is, only runs at 80%….hohum research

Its easy to insatll Windows 7 just look guide what SmAsHeDr weote and you will learn how to do that.
