How do I Install Windows Vista

Wait so I just get the files I downloaded, put them to a disc (CD-R or DVD-R) and then just boot to disc?? Or how does it work?? I searched for a tutorial but couldn’t find one? I know this is the wrong section, but where would the right one be? Thanks if somebody could give me a link or help me out.

-Restart Computer
-Install
