Cant Install Vista

Hello All,
Im using windows 7 but my laptop is doing strange after i used
advanced system optimizer or something, now i cant remove any
programs or watch movies…
Now i got 2 cd’s (windows vista and windows 7 upgrade)
now i wanna install vista and after that the 7 upgrade but if
i try to install vista he says there is not enough space to install….
how can i fix this because i see enough space
hope someone can help me to make a new clean install with vista

format your Drive where u install win7. then install vista this drive. (10GB Space Minimum) NTFS Format.

I doubt if you’d be able to format that drive during the setup of Vista cus it happened with me once that when i was downgrading from Vista to Xp, the XP setup couldnt remove Vista files. Still try and do post here the outcome, as even I need to downgrade my desktop to copy some data.

format it using win7 dan install vista..
or Restore System to last working date..

Anyone that helps you install Vista must dislike you =/
You need to install Windows 7. Vista is total crap!
Back up your data, insert windows 7 install disk, format HDD, then install…

yeah but i only got cd of windows 7 upgrade… and got a vista cd, but if i install that says not enough space….
so how can i install 7

Format n install a new copy !
