How do I delete an iso file?

I deleted it from utorrent after seeding.
unmounted it from daemon tools.
ejected it from the disc drive on the computer.
but it still says in use when I try to delete it even though i’m not using the file anymore.

Go in safe mode and delete it!?
Or download UNLOCKER and delete with it…

yup, probably locked with Windows Explorer, just use Unlocker as suggested above (quickest and easiest method), or open task manager and stop all instances of explorer.exe, and then restart it and delete the file.
