To find your default gateway, go into a command prompt, type ipconfig, and it will show you on your Ethernet interface.
Edit: Ah, sorry. Didn’t see that you said port. Uh, not entirely sure what you’re looking for. The default port of what?
The easiest way would be to use Hamachi.
