January 29th, 2020
what are you using IE/ firefox/ a download manager?
Slimbrowser but I got windows 7
idk what slimbrowser is i had to google it myself…I honestly dont know where the default saving location for that would be.sry
ok thanks though
I would think you double click it in most cases….
Please let us know what your problem actually is.
james buddy this must have been the most stupid question i’ve ever heard
In windows explorer, organize, folder and search option, view tab, select show hidden files and folders. Then go in C primary drive and search for slimbrowser folder in ProgramData. Or search in Users (C drive), AppData.

Stupid? I would say totally made up If I’m wrong maybe James should read the rules for getting help at the top of the board before posting again, because this is just a waste of everyone’s time:

In windows explorer, organize, folder and search option, view tab, select show hidden files and folders
.
In “View tab” you should also untick “Hide extensions for known file types”.
Then click “Apply” and “OK”
You should always have things set like that so you know sort of file you are dealing with and if you need help, at least you can quote the extension Also.. if you get sent an .exe file you will realise it and not get fooled into thinking it is something else..
EG…If you hide extensions, you could get a file like this… “readme.doc” and think it is just a safe .doc file which will open in Word..
But ,in reality, it may be “readme.doc.exe”, an executable file that could install a virus !
That’s why you should always display the extensions.
