Hotspot sheild V.S Private internet access

currently have hotspot sheild elite but it keeps saying i need to purchase bandwidth anyone know why? and a way around it?
also which your preferred vpn? and why?
looking to change to pia maybe

I think your bandwidth quota has been reached so that’s why they are asking for renewal.Right now there are two offers for vpn for free,just check out the following posts

It all depends on whether you have purchase a subscription with them otherwise cracked version of vpn software is useless.
