Hola VPN alternatives

I have previously used Hola to bypass Rapidgators stupid limits, and getting things from Dramafever, BBC etc.
but for the past month or so it fails on every download
is there a working free alternative? Hotspot shield works and completes dl but has a 750 MB daily dl limit, and blocks torrents and is USA ip only hola was perfect

Something like Premiumize.me might be what you’re looking for, or Real-Debrid. Both have torrent downloaders, and the former has VPN I believe.
