Hide tray icon

i need a program which it can hide tray icon i used window customize but it seems not working well since someone else still available to see it, is there any1 here noe where can i find a program to hide tray icon and protected by password

Right mouseklick on your taskbar -> properties-> tab taskbar -> customize -> now you can show wich tray icon to hide when inactive or hide always!
