help on buying a seedbox

hey guys, im sure some people on have a seedbox, im just wondering where to go for a good one, not to expansive, and one that won’t get me busted im guessing, also i live in the usa so i dono if that can have a effect on a seedbox in another country or whatever. let me know any info please!
