Help needed form a kind person!

Hey guys
I’m a BT customer and you may or may not know the problems that we have with downloading from Rapidshare sometimes, anyway my question is if some very kind person could upload the below link to another host as its the only link that i need and Rapidshare is not letting me download it! .
