Help My 3 digit rapidshare account

I’ve had this account with rapidshare when they first started up. Now I travel alot and use different computers all the time. And now this message has appeared. But I can assure u I am the only user using this account.
I have emailed them but they haven’t responded yet.
what makes it even worse is that I just renewed my account for the year a few days ago .
I don’t know what to do.
Because you used different IPs….They suspected you are sharing your account…But it looks like they made a mistake…They will answer your email…They sometimes take up to a week to reply…
bumer try sending them a lot of messeges explaining the problem
