From any internet cards seller around the corner. If not, ask them, they’ll probably know where you can get it.
So its like a credit card? Then once you have it you go to radidshare.com enter the details and its done?

Oh… Well i dont think any places around me would sell them. The post office near me sells what it looks like credit cards. Maybe that might work.
