install virtual box.
install 32bit os on it.
install autocad on it.

It’s gonna work. I’ve tried on Win7 Ultimate x64

youll be fine…like 10% of my apps are 64 bit and everything works fine…good choice by the way i been using autocad almost 10 years

Yes.., x86 software works well in x64 environment (but have some limitations).

real old programs and games will have problems on 64bit, but very rare will any 2010 programs and games will have a prob
AutoCad 2010 im sure 99.9% will work, if you have doubts, check there web site or forums if they have one or even use google

Should work fine will just install into c:programs files *86 instead of c:programs files.
