Help Getting MF Direct Links

does anyone have an app that can do this? i know yawn made one awhile back, not sure if it still works.. but search is down.
any tips are appreciated (300+ links so manually really isnt ideal..)

i want to get the direct links, not download them, if memory serves correct jdownloader will DL the links.. i dont want that
i need direct links for remote uploading of them.
