Help ! Does any one know how to spoof a MAC ADDRESS

I have looking for dayz how to spoof mac address and don’t nothing so does any one knows software that allows me to CHANGE MY MAC ADDRESS i try to use Technitium mac address change but it don’t give me a custom mac address INFO:
windows 8.1 ram 6 hdd 1 TB
If anyone can help, I’d appreciate it. Thanks in advance

The legal way of changing the MAC address is of course, change the NIC (Ethernet card or wireless access card).

you can do it simply from properties of the NIC.
if it was illegal then why microsoft kept this function?

I used to use SMAC to fool a router that was locked to one MAC address so I was able to use another computer with it.
