Help Connecting to this site ?

Right so my problem is that i cant connect to warez-bb for the past 2 week everything was fine before. I am currently booted in safe mode with networking and its connected fine but when in normal boot warez won’t load ive flushed my dns added warez-bb to trusted sites and also replaced my internet security from kaspersky to avg.
help is really appreciated.
