Have u guys got an app for putting floating pics on desktop?

Hey, do you guys know how I can put pictures on my desktop in windows 7?

the windows 7 picture gadget sucks.
I’m trying desktop X (from stardock) but that does way more than I need, and is old. I was just wondering if anyone had a good solution. Its gotta look nice and stick to the desktop too, otherwise id just use windows picture previewer.

right click>set as wallpaper???

na I mean floating pictures on top of the wallpaper, which you can move around and re-size how you like.

Sounds like you wanna make a collage, you need an image editor =/
There are apps to rotate your desktop, use video as desktops, set slide shows, etc.
But moving images around is not desktop activity, that’s what image editors are for =D

no no not a collage… I wan’t to leave my desktop background as it is I want to have a floating image on the desktop so that I can enjoy my desktop background, but also have this image there so that Its in my face all of the time.
This image, because im trying to memorise this for playing/reading music.

Actually, iv just found a freeware app (thank god) Its not an old app either, and its even very good, way past my expectations. It lets you download widgets, (the default widgets are sorta not my style).. and luckily there is a widget which suits my style and lets you put pictures on the desktop (with some configurable settings)
