I believe CPU is about 95-100watt
What size power would i need for this?

I take it his PSU wet out and he needs a replacement?
Thing about PSU’s is there is no middle ground. You either pay and get a good PSU or go cheap.
In this case you can go cheap if you want, get a $15-20 dollar 450-500w PSU and you will be fine.
If you want something that will last, get like a Corsair CX500 v2 but it will run you about $50 bucks.
True Story, my friend’s PSU died on his i7 860 w/ gtx260 raid0. I had him get a $15 dollar PSU with 550w and he has been using it for almost 4 years now (however this is not recommended) =D
