GTA IV offline activation

I want to play GTA IV on computer that DOESN’T HAVE internet connection, so i can’t use crack where i need to go to Rockstar social club on net and create offlie account. I found out that i can activate game offline, by using some offlineacitvation.exe from game dir, but i need cracked paul.dll file. Can anybody help.

You don’t need to activate the game…When social club pops up…Go on skip…In the game menu..Hit the Home key and create a Windows live offline account…
