Graphic Card Problem..!

It been 6 month since I buy this video card (nvidia GeForce GTS450) for $290Au.
it works likes a charm at first but all of a sudden….BANG….!
Video card detail:
Model: N450GTS-M2D1GD5
GPU: GeForce GTS450
Memory: 1GB GDDR5
my computer detail:
Processor: AMD Sempron(tm) Processor LE-1250 2.20 GHz
Installed memory: 2.00GB
System type: 64-bit PSU: 600W

lol sorry no signal appear on my monitor and the fan spin

Couple of reasons for a loud noise:
1. Blown Mosfet
2. Blown Powersupply. $290 AU for a 450, bugger, bad value for the money.
