OK!!! well the issue to start with !!! is that !!! you need to stop this !!!!!!!!!!!!
And secon, you can’t just Share a hard drive To the net.
You can share it as a FTP.
then your’ll connect by going to
ftp://stewart@xxx.xx.xx.xxx/
the xxx.xxx.xx.xx is my IP.
Understands?
Stewart,

No you’ll have to buy an account at no-ip.com in order to use your own domain (that you’ve bought from GoDaddy).
Then you’ll need to forward the to the domain you’ve bought to no-ip DNS servers in order for your domain be automatically updated when your IP changes.
So how come the hosters provide each user with a static IP..??
If you have purchased a domainname that you want to use for this website , then, you need to have some way of pointing the domainname to your computer’s public IP. If your public IP is static IP, you can setup your PC to be its own name server or use a free service like zone-edit.com. If your public IP is dynamic, you have no choice but to use zone-edit.com [or similar]. Then, [for dynamic IP] you need to install a dyndns program so, zone-edit will be able to know when your public IP changes and it can update your domainname to point to this new IP.
DynDNS.org
No-Ip.com
Both great services and most home user routers today usually come with built in support for at least one of these services.
you want to run a server using XAMPP.Dont try to run a home server (http).XAMPP is meant for developers for testing only. Also if your IP is dynamic and you have a slow speed; dont even try
first buy a domain and then buy a webhost. The rest search google.
If you don’t want a forwarder or anything your going to have to call your ISP and have a domain added to your account. They usually charge a few extra bucks a month for this to happen because they need to give you a static IP.
