Gaming Motherbaord….Help

I want to buy a new motherbaord and processor for specially playing latest games.
So ayone tell me which motherboard and processor I will buy ?
For example…. Original Intel or Gigabyte with Intel Chipset or AMD Chipset
or MSI with Intel Chipset or AMD Chipset.
Please suggest me. Because I want to play Gears of Wars, Call of Duty 4 etc games on new pc.

Right. All i can say is QUAD! You NEED a quad for things like Gears of Wars ECT…
An 8800 is also recomended!
