Games like tropico construction games

I want games like tropico or like new game anno 2070 to build houses and to make one city you know i like that so any suggestions please just suggest all games you know i will take care of what my computer can suport

Any way to downlaod Glory of the Roman Empire cause i found something here but i think it si not working
