Game Crack will not delete

I downloaded a few games and uninstalled the games but the cracks will not delete everytime i even right click on them my computer starts freezing and i have to contol alt delete and stop the process. Im guessing its some sort of virus or trojan can anyone help me get these off my computer?

Unlocker or LockHunter to delete files.
If you think its a virus, do a scan with Malwarebytes.
shoot-me replied: Reboot as its turning on(before windows boot screen) Tap "F8" repeatedly till you get a screen that says "Windows ADvanced Options Menu" select "Safe Mode" just safe mode... then let it boot up 100% then go and delete the files then that should work make sure you wipe your recycle bin too while your in safe mode after deleteing the files( the way i always do it if i cant delete)
Just make sure you have the right files selected before deleteing too(lol)
ONLY do all that nonsense if one of the two tools mentioned above do not work.
Normally if the above tools will not work, safe mode will not work either; and you will be forced to use a boot CD.
Safe mode method is so dated.

just restart PC and press F8 Go Safe mode and delete it. scan with Good AV full system.

thank you guys a ton safe mode worked like a charm thank for your help i didnt do a AV scan till after in which ive had a reoccurring trojan showing up every other day or so in my local/temp folder… but i was able to delete them no problem.
