From Vista > WinXP on laptop!

I have Vista on my laptop (Toshiba) , the thing is i am not sure will everything work , without proper drivers , and i am not sure where can i check for those drivers… I only know that its Toshiba laptop , so if someone can tell me where to go and check for witch drivers it would be very usefull.
Also i know , u need info on witch “procesor” , “graphical card” , etc, i will tell you as soon someone tell me how to see that info on laptop….

find device manager’ after right clicking computer. there u can see everything thats in your comp’

I got another idea, what i need is someone to tell me how to see full laptop name!!!
I can then browse on Toshiba website for drivers…

Start > Right-Click “My Computer” > Manage > Device Manager on the left side. All Devices without driver will be yellow and sorted under “Unknown Deviceses”
Also, try this.

I use this little program all the time. This way you wont have to google around for most of the drivers.

Go to www.toshibadirect.com click on “Customer Support” then “Download”.
Enter your laptop model info and it will bring up a list of drivers for your toshiba laptop according to your OS.
I just finished reinstalling XP on my toshiba qosmio and all the drivers i needed were here.
Like said, driver magician is an awesome tool.

check the sticker under the laptop. it will say the full model number Then go to toshiba website and download xp drivers if available. if not browse to component’s manufacturer’s site and download them from there

I found device mng, and thx for that program it will be VERY usefull , what i need is name of laptop
exemple.Toshiba Satellite “Now What Goes Here”. Anyone know any website or something in the system which can check it, since on manuel its A300 , and on Toshiba Website there are no drivers for A300….
