Flashget single file help

Hi guys quite new to flashget and have it working no problem for movies but if i try to download a single music file when i copy it wont paste the url over to flashget and comes up invalid input as there is no url present any ideas?

Go to the Options>Monitor and see if MP3 is listed…

Its not a particular one im afraid m8 it seems to be every single music file i try to download it just wont copy the url but seemed to work when i typed the url in myself.
