flash to HTML

Say i have a flash template[main, index etc} any way that i can export the HTML files from flash or I have to do it manually?

I mostly do it manually, which can be tricky, I’m not a coder so I get my mate to do it, its difficult.

I knew it theres a reason why i hate HTML !!
