.FLAC files convert for iPod (apple Lossless audio codec)

Hi, does anybody know a good program to do this on Windows 8? I just tried a program called ‘dbpoweramp’ but in the resulting files the sound was distorted

You can use XMedia Recode. Most think that it’s only a video conversion app but it also does audio. Freeware too.

im not sure if iTunes detects .FLAC but if it does then you can convert them through iTunes…..if not then use something like Riverpast Audio Converter (search in Apps section)

you can convert .flac with xilisoft convert, it can convert files to the format for your ipod.
