Fax Machine to send out mass fax

First off im pretty good with these like things, but I have never used a fax machine…So I figured I would get some help here…
Alright so basically, a buddy of mine owns a deli, and he wants to get a fax machine that sends out the daily specials to all the surrounding business’s. What is the best way to go about doing this? Is this a common feature on all fax machines? Or do I need to use one of those online fax machine sites? Does anybody have any recommendations on one?

Personally if your looking at an online fax, I would just go with a nice wallpaper, list all the specials and email, with a reply to preorder for pick up, this I think would be more personal and he could instead of sending a fax to each buisness he could email each customer, all he would do is open a friends list and email all from a single email account,
