Fallout 3 crashing on me

I need help. the game runs alot better then I thought it would, but when I get to megaton, the game crashes. I’ve tried altering my settings to low, and it still happens.
I used Skullptura’s torrent btw. I don’t know how to install the reloaded ones.

just out of curiosity ghost, how do I install the reloaded version? I may just uninstall this one and then try that.

have you installed any hot fixes yet? is it the skullptura version? if so dl and install this: http://~ Dead file host ~/files/160131414/Fallout.3.FinalFix.Skullptura.rar
if you have already installed hotfix1 or 2 then reinstall then run the above finalfix – takes about 1 hour to install

Once you’ve dl’d all files right-click the first file, and install to whatever directory you want. Then you’ll get an iso file out of that, but you first have to dl Daemon Tools, it’s free, once you’ve installed DT’s you mount that iso with it.
That’s when you begin to install the game, hope this info helps.
