Explorer.exe error?

When trying to connect via bluetooth to my phone, or anything, i get this error!

Do not ask me to reformat, its pointless…

Probably some of your ddl files have been corrupted or it may be due to bad registry entry.
Do a CheckDisk next time on the drive where ur OS is installed,that may help as most of the ddls will be checked.
If it is a recent problem,then try System Restore.

Nope, didnt really help at all. Any other suggestions??
