explorer.exe not working

already run task manager. click new task, when trying to run explorer.exe, explorer.scf, try to run from cmd, try to browse file from task manager. windows message told explorer not working? do you have any solution? thanks

not working in safe mode. when i try connect with hdd dock. checking my hdd. there are more than a hundred bad sector. maybe its failed me to run new task for explorer.exe. just thought.hehe..

time to replace the drive then
Herin’s BootCD has “Hard Disk Senti” on it
get it, burn it, boot from it and check your drive to be sure

You can boot from Hiren’s bootcd and there is version of Hard drive Senti on that, according to ed..

booting from Hiren’s was only needed if you could not do it any other way

I see no one has stated the obvious yet, So I guess it’s my job.
An HDD with bad sectors = Unreliable, Pending Failure.
You should backup your data ASAP and have it replaced!
