Error downloading with RapidShare

I have a problem : i would like download a file (Gorillaz’s album), but, after i had clicked on “free user”, i received this following message : Your IP address is already downloading a file. Please wait until the download is completed.
Premium members can download any number of files simultaneously. Become a Premium member now. The download will be available shortly
But i’m quasi-sure i’m not downloading an other file… (in any event, i don’t see it).
I tried with other files, but it’s all the same.
So what happens ? Can you help me please ?

Delete you cookies and other internet files if that doesnt work delete you latest downloads this did work for me…
If you have a dynamic IP, turn off your modem or router for 10 minutes and turn it on. By then your IP should have been changed. If it was changed, you can download the file again.
Alternatively, you can buy a premium account, try winning a giveaway, or find somebody to share with.
Turn off router, clean cookies, turn router on again
