Cydia errors in 3.0

hello, i reccently jailbroke my itouch and now im having this problem when i try to add anything from cydia i get an eror message that told me to get the updates
when i tried to get the updates i got these mesages one was for nesisary updates then another for complete updates

Restore and rejailbreak using redsnow .7.2. Should fix those errors.
