Creating a torrent

So, here’s the deal,
I want to share an album (packed in a .rar) through bittorrent now,
I create the torrent (using µtorrent), select the source, put in a couple of trackers, tick the “start” seeding box and create it. But when the proces is done, the file is standing in the “downloading” list and stays at 0.0%
Any ideas about what I’m doing wrong ?

Torrents are not stored on a central server,It’d only progress when someone will eventually download it from you.
Have you uploaded the torrent btw? No one will see it if you haven’t.

Ehm yes I did, there were 2 people in the peers list…

If you have a router,You must forward whatever port utorrent is set to use,Also make sure your software firewall is set accordingly.
