Creating A Magazine

I want to create a magazine for people to read on my own website but dont know whats the best program on what to use ? please can someone help me ?

What do you mean by a “newsletter” ?
You can make a newsletter (my understanding of the word) with any desktop publishing software, eg. Microslop Publisher, and save it as .pdf. If you wanted it to look really good, you can use a pdf to flipbook app.
