Counter Strike Source (server problem)

I use LOTS and LOTS of skins. However, my main server recently enabled sv_consistency and now forces me to use all their files. since i did not back up any of my original files, would someone please upload a copy or tell me what to do? thanks

Just delete the skins files from your cstrike folder and steam will re-download them for you.

i try that but it doesn’t work. >.< guess i need to reinstall CS
