Controll With the speed of Connect + Lans….

i have ADSL [Dail Up] and i have 4 Computers , COnnected from it , im the admin for all
so , i tryed {NET CUT} its worked fine…
but i want To Change the speed limit for each of them
like me Unlimited speed
the other pc’s each is 20Kb/s Or any speed i choose Thank you very much]
