Confusion on Posts

I’ve been here for a while and I still am unclear on how many posts you need until the next update. (.e.g. Little Baby to Toddler, Adolescent to Grown up Punk, .e.t.c.)
Please could someone say the amount of posts you need for the next ‘update’, and lay it out something like this:
Unborn Baby: 0
Little Baby:1
Toddler: 15
Adolescent: 60
(The above results are random as I don’t know exactly what they are !!)
