Sounds like you might have a (Virus/Spyware-Adware) problem use all good programs to check your PC for pests.

is this hardware problem??

Answer #3
can be RAM or HDD problem for sure..
get some software, which does stress test on all hardware equipments
Answer #4
Before checking for Hardware problems have you upgraded your Graphics Card Drivers lately because I remember an old Card of mine gave me these type of problems then I upgraded and they went away.
Answer #5
no upgradation of drivers coz the drivers arent available…. old card btw
Answer #6
Remove and re-insert all your graphics PCI cards as well as your graphics card, and your RAM modules. . . . Download Western Digital’s software for checking hard drives, and check your hard drive. . . Some times a bad hard drive makes the computer hang
If these do not correct your problem, partition your hard drive (or use a external USB drive). . . Then save all that you want to those, the other partition or to the USB drive. . . Use Driver Genius or Driver Magician to save all the drivers on your system. . . Then reformat and re-install windows. . . . It is easy to do, and likely will solve your problems
Answer #7
ok will try this………thnx a lot.!!
Answer #8
Probably a virus. Just go get a scanner like Nod 32 and you should come across from either 1 to hundreds of infections.
Answer #9
If your PC seems that weak, i suggest booting into Safe Mode, updating all the necessary software such as Ad-Aware, NOD32 and also downloading CCleaner, disconnect the internet (in-case keyloggers and such, i would do that tbh) then scan your PC completely with all 3 programs. Slow downs might be because of a huge amount of spyware/adware and a lot of registry errors.
but then again, it might be your hard-disk! so do these scans first, if it doesn’t work out then there’s a chance it would be in your hardware.
Goodluck
