closing DVD with computer

Hi All i have burned a dvd with my dvd player and it haven�t closed it. now i have sold my dvd player. so is there a progam that can get the files or close the dvd?

First of all, I’m confused between these:
closing DVD with computer
And
so is there a progam that can get the files or close the dvd? (your 1st post).
Do you want to close your DVD on your Computer using Software or Do you want to close External DVD player with the help of computer?
I’m still confused.

Isn’t he talking about closing the track on the DVD? To disable further writing on it.
