Can’t use referral links?

I am new to .
I want to know why i am not able to put referral links on the thread, referral links such as sharecash and other?
I know its not allow then what’s the other way to put a referral link for others to download from it?

Web hosting. Referrals. Affiliation. forums. Sites that require registration, subscription or a fee to access. Links within posts that links to a 3rd party in order to gain access to the content (eg Link protectors, Text files, ...). To clarify, we only allow direct links to content.
you can only post direct links
